Mikaela is an Exercise Science major at the University of Southern Maine and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is also a member of the National Guard since 2014 and will be commissioned as an US Army Officer in 2019. In high school Mikaela played softball and helped coached 7th grade girls basketball. During this time she found her passion in the fitness industry. Mikaela enjoys hiking, kayaking, and a variety of fitness activities, including starting her own journey to the stage. Mikaela’s philosophy is that fitness is naturally a part of life. But like a life, you have to build a strong foundation before you can build up a strong house.
