"The [World Gym Athletics] program has made me feel much more supported and wanting to support others. It's a well-rounded program that's not just focused on one aspect (i.e. heavy weightlifting). As a general gym goer, I enjoy options because I have a specific goal of getting stronger for Olympic Weight Lifting. My goals have been to get leaner, faster, stronger and be overall happier with how I feel. Having the choices of PACE, HIIT and PERFORMANCE have made my goals easier to meet. It's also affordable because a personal trainer weekly is not something doable for me."
