Class Descriptions:


Get your heart rate up and start burning fat while working major muscle groups. This class uses various exercises to train and improve your cardiovascular endurance.


Get ready to tone and tighten your lower body! This class concentrates on your butt, legs and thighs using weights, bands, balls and steps.


A combination of athleticism, weightlifting, and recess, this class keeps you moving non-stop and is downright FUN. A variety of equipment is used, including BOSU sports steps, dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight, and suspension trainers. Burn a few hundred calories, fatigue all muscle groups, work your heart, and leave feeling invigorated and uplifted.


Circuit of core and strength. Move through the exercises with rest in between each circuit. Do one or do all three! 


Channel your inner rockstar. Pound is a full body cardio jam session. Inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming.


R.I.P.P.E.D is designed for all fitness levels, using low impact modifications to allow a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout. The R.I.P.P.E.D class changes up the workout every 6 to 9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout, thus the tagline- One Stop Body Shock. Plus, the R.I.P.P.E.D workout is continually evolving through new choreography or seasons every 3 months. So your brain is challenged, as well as your muscles, and you never get bored.


Who couldn't use a half-hour of plain old stretching out? After a long day of hard work, you'll sprawl  out on the floor and let it go! All muscle groups are elongated and soothed with methodical attention to detail. What a relief!


Ask around--you'll hear that Tiffany's TBS class leaves you wonderfully spent. Using a variety of equipment, including weights, BOSU, sports steps, bodyweight, Reebok steps, and mats, no body part is left behind in this mega calorie-burning, muscle pumping, cardiovascular workout.


With a focus on the entire torso and arms, this class is not only a great upper body builder, but also a fantastic, overall, cardiovascular calorie burner. Short bouts of stepping choreography are interspersed throughout the hour to give the upper body bits of rests from the fatiguing strength work. This is a non-stop class that leaves you sweaty and exhilarated.


Yoga is a low impact activity that uses only gravity as resistance. Certain yoga positions can be safely used to strengthen and balance all parts of the body, promoting blood flow and keeping the body systems healthy. This class is designed to tone, strengthen, increase flexibility and align the body.


The Zumba program uses Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a one of a kind work out. Come join us for a 50 minute calorie burning, body energizing, dance fitness party.
