Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, Larry has always been into fitness and music. Larry is a former high school football player, but his main love was always Track & Field. Starting in middle school, Larry continued to run all throughout college, where he not only holds sprinting records at his high school, but also at his University.
Larry’s approach to training is to not only make it fun, but to also help push both the body and mind towards new levels of awareness. Larry believes fitness helps one to better their health, as well as better their mind and help to reduce stress through training. Certified through SCW Fitness, Larry specializes in strength and conditioning, as well as speed & endurance training.
