Danny Nestor - Head Trainer
I was born and raised in New York City where I worked for the NYPD for 23 years and retired as a Detective. Trading tall buildings for big mountains, outdoor photography brought me to Montana. Fitness has always been a big part of my life as I have always enjoyed training, training others, and seeing the results of what physical fitness brings to someone. The most rewarding part is seeing the friendships created through fitness and fitness classes. I'm a big advocate of functionality and athleticism training. It's not just a workout! But an integrated program of workouts that are functional and core-centric. They are challenging, energizing, and deliver results!
I am ACE (American Council of Exercise) and WGA (World Gym Athletics) certified and continuing my studies with ACE's sport conditions program.
If you are unsure of where to start your fitness journey I am here to help!
Fitness, nutrition, and athletics have and continue to be an integral part of my life. Growing up in the Flathead Valley, I competed in a variety of sports and enjoy giving back to the community by helping others reach their goals. I graduated from Carroll College with a degree in Biology and also played softball for the Saints. While at Carroll I learned how to juggle school, sports, eating right, working out, and everything else that life throws at you.
I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Transformation Specialist. Additionally, I am a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and softball coach. My goal is to provide and instill my clients with confidence and reassurance in themselves. I aspire to be a coach, advocate, and supporter to my clients and help them live a sustainable, well-balanced, and healthy lifestyle.
