Victor is a trainer with a variety of fitness experience and background. He has spent over decade in the Army, nine of those thirteen years he has trained and helped Soldiers meet both physical and body composition standards for the U.S Army. He has also helped train civilians who have had goals of entering the Military or Law enforcement. He specializes In Function fitness, body aesthetics, body composition and weight loss.

His wide range of experience and studies range from bodybuilding to powerlifting to CrossFit, and corrective exercise.
