Tralee McElroy is the owner/operator of World Gym in Pawling. She loves interacting with clients and pushing everyone to their limit in every class. Challenging the body and mind is the way to keep growing and changing, mentally and physically.
Jodi is Certified in Cycling and has been teaching for the past 10 years. She loves her clients, continuously growing and evolving in her class. She is a mother, a wife, and a friend to so many. She enjoys sports of all kinds and watching her kids play. She is also a big outdoor Cycler, competing in races throughout the season.
After receiving her ACE Personal Trainer Certification in 1996, Pat Lane headed for the seas! She spent a number of years working aboard cruise ships as fitness coordinator by day and musician by night. When she returned, she threw herself full time into the world of fitness, studying and teaching both privately and at World Gym. She earned additional certifications in Mat Pilates, Post-Rehab Training, and Advanced Training Methods with the American Institute of Fitness Educators. Pats custom designed programs, with their emphasis on range of motion, flexibility, and core strength have brought clients of all ages to a new level of fitness.
Tom is a registered yoga teacher, specializing in deepening the mind and body while connecting through movement and focus. Tom teaches Yoga classes here throughout the week, as well as private personal training sessions. Tom will create and implement a specialized balance and stretch program specifically for you, the student. A private session will help with mobility training to help you recover movement and space if you are dealing with an injury or health issue. Tom loves his yoga practice and truly cares for his student. Each class and session is targeted and geared to the student’s specific needs and wants to further grow and succeed.
Judy became a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 1990 through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). Her and her husband, Chip opened and established the gym in 1989, where they have been successfully running the gym with their daughter, Tralee for over 20 years. Judy is certified in Cycling, Kickboxing, Pilates, STEP, and TRX. She loves working with clients and building up lasting relationships, some which have been the full 25 years the gym has been established.
