Boxing Classes for All Ages and Skill Levels
Boxing is an individual sport where students don’t have to worry about another student’s skill level. Students can train at their own intensity level. Once we get to know the boxing student, we will customize drills to improve their skills. Our program starts with the basics of boxing. Students learn how to throw punches correctly, proper footwork, and physical conditioning.
Our youth boxing programs provide kids and teens the tools necessary to excel at other sports. Students gain strength, agility, quickness, endurance, power and speed. The benefits of youth boxing help students maintain physical fitness, manage weight, help with weight loss, improve overall physical health and well being.
This class will teach the basic fundamentals of boxing, self defense, confidence, and conditioning. If you want your child to feel better about holding their head high and being more confident, have them join The Youth Boxing Class #NoBadDaysFitness held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6pm at World Gym Pensacola.
