The SilverSneakersĀ® Fitness program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Participants experience greater energy, increased strength, improved balance and flexibility. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair for seated and or standing supports. 

A more intense SilverSneakers workout includes standing non-impact choreography designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance with standing upper body strength work.

Classes are held Monday through Friday at 10am. Fitness Instructors Tammy Cameron and David Anderson look forward to meeting you in their next class! The silver Sneakers program includes access to cardio, free weights, machines, weekly classes, and The Vitality Booth.
