My fitness journey began as a kid through my love of sports. Growing up, I excelled in soccer and basketball and they became my two passions. As the years progressed, I was introduced to the weight room to progress my athletic performance, which gradually became my second home. After suffering an ACL injury that required surgery, it changed my mindset towards training. I realized that through my own setback from this serious injury, I wanted to push my teammates and others around me to their full potential. I started learning more and adjusting my training from being an athlete, to more attainable movements that transcended into everyday life. Being healthy both mentally and physically will give you the confidence to persevere and overcome anything that life throws at you. I strongly believe that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. Whether you are an athlete, used to be an athlete or just starting your fitness journey, I am here to help.

My name is Sarah and I represent Preform Recover Repeat Sports Therapy! I specialize in therapeutic massage and have been practicing for 4 years. I am deeply passionate about the health and fitness industry, not only in my career but also in my personal life. I know firsthand what athletes endure as I am a competitor myself. It is my passion to help my clients heal and restore their range of motion as well as muscle congruency for maximum performance!
My passion for fitness began as I started high school by being a part of the football team and sports performance program. Fitness quickly became my outlet as I was able to simultaneously improve my own athletic ability as well as the confidence in my body image. I quickly found how valuable the weight room was to me, treating it as a means of not only changing my body image but to have a fun time doing so, socializing with friends, and motivating the ones around me. I believe everyone should have the confidence in their body as well as the ability to live a pain free lifestyle. I wasn’t to help anybody inside and outside the gym while reaching their goals.
I have worked with a variety of clients looking to improve their overall strength, lose body fat while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With my Kinesiology background, I focus on correcting any imbalances you may have, while directing proper form to produce maximum strength output safety and efficiently. Working out has changed my life and I truly love being in the gym everyday! I believe in creating a program that you will be excited to concur each workout, smash goals and can maintain throughout your life.
