Rob is the owner and founder of Fitness Lifestyle Personal Training. He has been training for over thirty-three years; seventeen of those years as a personal trainer helping others reach their goals. He has been certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and been in business since 1996. Rob has been successful as a competitive bodybuilder, winning his weight class in the Mr. Cincinnati contest and placing second in his weight class at the Natural Mr. Ohio contest.

After graduating from Miami University with degrees in English and Philosophy, Sara moved across the world to teach English in Cambodia and Turkey. She lived and worked abroad for seven years before making her return to the Cincinnati area, where she was born and raised. She is excited to share her knowledge and skills with her clients as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. With interests and backgrounds in powerlifting, functional fitness, and bodybuilding, Sara also specializes in behavior and lifestyle change, making her a well-rounded and well-informed coach for all your fitness and body composition goals. She is excited to provide sessions out of World Gym Cincinnati and to also offer workouts brought to your doorstep with her training business Red Rock Fitness.

After a couple of years working different jobs I've realized what I really enjoy doing is helping people. Helping people loose weight, or helping get them stronger and just in general being there for them is what truly makes me happy. I've been working out since I was sixteen but only in November of 2020 did I really get into the passion of lifting. My goal for every person I train is to help them find the same passion I did. Once you fall in love with the process everything else falls into place.
