Shawn O’Connor is a personal trainer dedicated to the fitness industry. Seeing obesity in his family inspired Shawn to study health and fitness in order to help those closest to him. Along the way, that grew into a passion to help others reach their goals. Shawn participated in multiple youth sports (Football, basketball, baseball and track), and was even fortunate enough to compete for 4years as a college football player. After graduating, he decided to take his physique to extreme limits, competing in a local bodybuilding show and winning first place in his class. Alexis has a B.S. in Kinesiology, Exercise Science. I've been a Personal trainer since 2010 and later got into Crossfit (2011). Co owner of Crossfit Potrero Hill since 2013.

My name is Cecilia De Casas, Cici for short. Having been active in fitness for the past 4 years and having reaped the benefits, I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer after I competed in the summer of 2018 and got 2nd in the bikini novice division. Through my fitness journey I have gained knowledge about nutrition, my body, and wellness. I can now handle all social interactions whether an encounter is negative or positive. I have so much confidence. Now I’m ready to take on the world and I want to share with you what I’ve gained. My life goal is to provide my services to all ages; helping each one to have a happier and healthier life. Michelle Von Merta-Sustarich comes from an athletic upbringing where she danced (Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Jazz, Fosse, West African,Modern, Tap), skateboarded, played basketball, and above all else specialized in Muay Thai Kickboxing for the past 8 years under the training of Kru Sam Phimsoutham of World Team USA.

Ricky LaRocca is the ultimate strength trainer and body sculptor. Training seriously with a IFFB Pro-body builder named, Emeric Delczeg. After his early years involved in athletics Ricky became a Nationally Ranked Strongman Competitor almost over night. Countless hours of training kept Ricky in the gym and put him into the field of training professionally.
