Shawn O’Connor is a personal trainer dedicated to the fitness industry. Seeing obesity in his family inspired Shawn to study health and fitness in order to help those closest to him. Along the way, that grew into a passion to help others reach their goals. Shawn participated in multiple youth sports (Football, basketball, baseball and track), and was even fortunate enough to compete for 4years as a college football player. After graduating, he decided to take his physique to extreme limits, competing in a local bodybuilding show and winning first place in his class. Since that time, Shawn has made it a life commitment to help others reach their goals. He specializes in weight loss, bodybuilding and glute training.

Michelle Von Merta-Sustarich comes from an athletic upbringing where she danced (Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Jazz, Fosse, West African,Modern, Tap), skateboarded, played basketball, and above all else specialized in Muay Thai Kickboxing for the past 8 years under the training of Kru Sam Phimsoutham of World Team USA.

Meriem is a competitive fighter currently ranked 4th in the nation for her weight class. She's a semi-finalist at the U.S. Olympic Qualifiers in 2018. As a personal trainer, she has trained women, men and children of diverse ages, backgrounds and fitness levels. Meriem is enthusiastic about sharing her passion of boxing and takes a technical approach to her teaching. She draws on her expertise to break down the mechanics of each punch in her classes, which helps beginners start off with great technique and advanced classes to improve their technique. On the days that she finds herself with less motivation, she reminds herself that "showing up is half the battle," and the rest she tackles as it comes. Meriem runs several times a week and has played many sports in her life, which helps her to relate to different body types and backgrounds. She is fluent in French and has a bachelor's degree in sociology and geography.

Ricky LaRocca is the ultimate strength trainer and body sculptor. Training seriously with a IFFB Pro-body builder named, Emeric Delczeg. After his early years involved in athletics Ricky became a Nationally Ranked Strongman Competitor almost over night. Countless hours of training kept Ricky in the gym and put him into the field of training professionally.

Hi, my name’s Jonny. I’m an independent personal trainer who specializes in corrective exercise and movement pattern recognition in young adults and teenagers. I have been involved in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and offer one-on-one personal training services. By analyzing a person's anatomical movements, I can identify over-active muscle groups and then create a fitness program that maximizes an individual’s efforts in the gym. By coupling my knowledge of mechanical engineering with my experience in fitness, I have developed a system that allows me to interpret a client’s body mechanics and effectively change the way their body moves. My programs are designed to recruit under-active muscle fibers in order to fix postural issues, change body composition and increase overall quality of life!
