Health & fitness has been a longtime joy and passion of mine since my growing years as and have been a member of World Gym since the age of 13. Previously I was a competitive gymnast of 8 years at Maine Academy of Gymnastics and transitioned to competing in OCB/NPC Fitness competitions as my next journey. I studied Health Science at USM and pursued becoming a Trainer/Instructor one day. I pride style based on my upbeat and motivational personality mixed with the ability to mold to the client based on their goals and desires. I’m very versatile as a trainer and dedicate each session to the clients specific goals, yet my cheerful and energetic vibe remains a constant. I love to inspire and lead by example while also expressing empathy/consideration to any concerns.
