Throughout my childhood and into my 20’s I spent my time horse riding and competing in three day events. Through these experiences I learnt how core stability and strength comes into play in every movement we do each day. Once I began travelling I got into the gym to keep an active lifestyle. I was pretty clueless and intimidated by the men in the weight room so I hired a trainer to help me for almost 2 years. I then realised that training was my passion. Since I certified in Functional Movement and Strength and Conditioning I utilize my knowledge that I gained and apply it to each personalized program. I have had clients with hip mobility issues, upper and lower cross syndrome, special populations and thrive on helping every type of person.
