Join us for our Silver Classes. These classes are designed for all levels from beginners to intermediates focusing on balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength. The instructors are Silver Certified and they are trained to make adaptations to accommodate all. Each member of the class will have a balance chair that they may or may not use along with flexibility bands, aerobic balls, and light weight dumbells. These structured classes are 50 minutes long and provide periodic rest and hydration breaks. So wear loose clothing, bring a bottle of water, be prepared to sweat, be ready to be pushed to your own personal level and be ready to have some fun.
