GROUP CLASSES

What started out as a single gym filled with homemade equipment has grown into a global brand on the cutting edge of fitness. World Gym aims to give its members the very best: from modern equipment, to a clean and welcoming atmosphere with an expert staff. Amenities vary by location, but often include superior strength equipment, tons of cardio with TVs, group classes such as spin, yoga, kickboxing, and boot camp, personal training and nutritional counseling, and much more. ABOUT WORLD GYM ATHLETICS

WGA Foundations

  • World Gym Athletics Foundations prepares members for World Gym Athletics Performance. The key on Foundations is to establish fundamental movements that all of the Performance workouts will come from. In this class, our Coaches want you to discover our Fitness Truth through proper form and movement in order to be the best performing athlete you can be!

WGA Performance

  • After members complete our WGA Foundations courses, members are now onto the second phase of training. Here, members will train optimally while continuously being coached by World Gym Athletic coaches. Members will be pushed to see their body move in ways they have never moved before. These workouts are designed to push members outside their comfort zone and leave feeling like athletes.

HIIT Camp

  • HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. This World Gym Athletics session is designed to improve functionality and performance for multiple levels of conditioning. Our World Gym Athletic Coaches love to train you so you can be harder to kill!

WGA PACE

  • Treadmill training? Yes! Running is a skill! We coach you how to run efficiently with good technique while you get lean, fit, fast and strong! All classes are structured for training at all levels including those who are looking to lose weight, get shredded, develop nice legs, improve run times or just get a good workout in under an hour.

BOXING AT WORLD GYM

This unique class is only taught at World Gym Oxnard and instructed by Eddie Centeno. His classes are customized for any member at any level for one-on-one attention throughout the entire session. Members will learn mulptile aspects of boxing while getting a great workout in our boxing facility!
