After 15 years as Head physiotherapist for the Manly Sea Eagles (2003-2018) treating, managing and rehabilitating the top 30 players as well as overseeing the junior physiotherapy programme and physiotherapists I decided to change paths and return to private practice, setting up my own business Sports and Spines.
Besides my physiotherapy degree I have a Masters in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin and level ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) level 2 certificate.
Prior to working with the Sea Eagles I managed a back rehabilitation centre in New Jersey.
My approach is one of manual therapy (including Dry Needling) and exercise rehabilitation.
I care deeply about my clients. To me, there’s nothing more rewarding than guiding someone step by step toward their individual aspirations.
After my 13-year competitive swimming career at the highest national and international level, I have been coaching in the fitness industry for the last 5 years.
Thus, supported by science newest insights, mixed in with a bit of fun & smiles, I dedicate as much of my capacity to support you in any way possible.
