With always being the 'small' guy in the gym from when I started, I fell in love with powerlifting early on as it gave real purpose and focus to training during every session because it was only about bettering myself every time. My passion is helping people to get out of their comfort zone within a safe environment and taking people to their first ever powerlifting competitions. I find there is a massive gap within the nutrition side of things, and I like to bridge that gap for people using my knowledge of Sports Nutrition.

I have invested the last 8 years into my own health and fitness, starting with losing 60kg in fat. Strength training, powerlifting, crossfit, functional movement, cardio and conditioning are all a part of my experience as I'm incredibly passionate about all sports and styles of exercise. The fitter, faster, stronger, healthier I became, the happier I was. I fell in love with bettering myself daily both physically and mentally.
I take pride in educating my clients about mental health, a positive mindset, nutrition, flexible eating and various types of training as I believe they are all key factors in attaining any goals you have. I have been training at the gym since I was 17 and didn’t really know to much about the gym or how to use any of the equipment so I know what it is like being new to the gym and not feeling confident in the gym or not knowing what to do. I love helping people overcome these barriers and help people become more confident within the gym.

Through my rehabilitation from a major snowboarding injury and multiple related surgeries, combined with my background in physiotherapy, I adopted a more wholistic approach in exercising and recovery. All this nurtured my passion for helping people to establish healthier habits in their day-to-day life, as well as being in their best shape to achieve better both physical and mental health.
