ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES NOW REQUIRE YOU TO BOOK IN. PLEASE GO TO TIMETABLE BOOKING
Please be considerate of other members and do not book into both the 5:30am and 6:10am SPRINT classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The same for 8:45am and 9:30am SPRINT Classes on Sunday. Due to Covid restrictions, these 4 classes were added to allow for the equivelent of a full class, across 2 classes. If you would like to do the 2 classes, please book into the first one and if there's a spare bike in the second class, you may stay.
