Hi my name is Melissa Ripepi (Mel). I am a Shift Supervisor at World Gym Marconi! A random fact about me is that I’m the most uncoordinated person you’ll ever meet. I like working here because I love the people I work beside, they are my family and am grateful to be a part of something larger that makes a difference. I love that I am able to use my skills and knowledge as well as challenge myself everyday in different ways to be able to grow and show my potential. The style of training I prefer is power-lifting. I may as-well make the most of these thunder thighs lol I prefer performanced based goals, I like feeling strong, also helps me be less angry :) In the future I will open my own gym.

Hey! I’m Josie but most people know me as josieliftsthings 😂 I’m the Sales Consultant at World Gym Marconi. 😁 A random fact about me is that I’m a 4th Dan Black Belt and did martial arts for 18 years.. I’m also ambidextrous. I like working at World Gym Marconi because the opportunity to learn and grow is endless. I’m given opportunities to expand my skill base on a daily basis and to reach my full potential. My life kind of revolves around the gym and fitness so I love that I can work in the industry I love. The style of training I prefer is bodybuilding/weights. I’ve always lifted heavy and hated cardio, who’s with me?! 😂😂😂 I’ve always been a “I’ll do what I love doing” kind of person so in the future I’ll do whatever that is.. however I love the gym.. so maybe I’ll own one of them 😏

Hi! I’m Tania, World Gym Marconi’s best employee 😉. I work at reception making protein shakes and struggling to pick up weights that I’m actually way to weak to pick up gracefully. The best thing about working at World Gym Marconi is the fact that I get to meet so many new people and no shift is exactly the same. I only recently rekindled my love for the gym when I started weight training. Hopefully soon I won’t be struggling to clean up weights at work anymore.

Hey, my name is Steve and I work at World Gym Marconi. I work at the front of house and apparently the non-existent IT department. 😂😂😂 One random fact about me is that I’m Asian and I’m terrible at maths.😂😂😂 I like working at World Gym Marconi because it has a fun and engaging environment filled with friendly staff and members. My style of training is anything that doesn’t involve my legs because I wouldn’t want anything to happen to my bootylicious glutes. 😉 All jokes aside, I like to do hypertrophy weight training and enjoy different variations of it. My favourite exercise would have to be pull-ups whether it be free, assisted, banded and with added resistance. My main purpose of this journey is to help and educate people to a better and healthier version of themselves while still enjoying themselves.

Hey guys, My name is Sarah Morosin. I’m a receptionist here at WGM. I’ve studied my Bachelor of Applied Science - Exercise and Sport Science and hope to work in Professional Sport. I’ve played Netball since 5 years old and hope to travel in the future. You’ll see me training at WGM using functional strength and full body movements as my go to! Sarah 😊
