Hey, my name is Steve and I work at World Gym Marconi. I work at the front of house and apparently the non-existent IT department. ?????? One random fact about me is that I’m Asian and I’m terrible at maths.?????? I like working at World Gym Marconi because it has a fun and engaging environment filled with friendly staff and members. My style of training is anything that doesn’t involve my legs because I wouldn’t want anything to happen to my bootylicious glutes. ?? All jokes aside, I like to do hypertrophy weight training and enjoy different variations of it. My favourite exercise would have to be pull-ups whether it be free, assisted, banded and with added resistance. My main purpose of this journey is to help and educate people to a better and healthier version of themselves while still enjoying themselves.

Hi my name is Melissa Ripepi (Mel). I am a Shift Supervisor at World Gym Marconi! A random fact about me is that I’m the most uncoordinated person you’ll ever meet. I like working here because I love the people I work beside, they are my family and am grateful to be a part of something larger that makes a difference. I love that I am able to use my skills and knowledge as well as challenge myself everyday in different ways to be able to grow and show my potential. The style of training I prefer is power-lifting. I may as-well make the most of these thunder thighs lol I prefer performanced based goals, I like feeling strong, also helps me be less angry :) In the future I will open my own gym.
