About Me:I was taught from a young age how important health and wellbeing is; not only to your body but also your mind. I strongly believe and understand that quality comes with both knowledge and action. Growing up on a steady diet of old Kung-fu and Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, it seemed inevitable that my first foray into the world of health and fitness as an adolescent, would be through martial arts. Now with 21 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in the field of human movement, functional training, boxing, crazy strength and conditioning coaching, mindset training, suspension training, ZUU, kettlebells, Indian clubs, sledgehammers and many more to list. As a Master Rehab Trainer, I have in-depth knowledge to fix and prevent injury, postural problems and muscle imbalances which improves client's performance and potential in sports or any activities in their everyday life. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals through exercise and mindset.

About Me:Fitness has always been a part of my life since a young age. From the age of 5 i was already playing AFL and just loved being physical in general. Fitness for me isn't just about having a healthy body, it translates into so many aspects of life and will make you the best version of yourself there can be. The reason I joined the gym and started lifting was to put on weight and size. The gym has given me the confidence to just be myself, no matter what.

About Me:My love for fitness developed through my love for sport. As a young rugby player I learned that the gym would help me get bigger and stronger, and in return, would make me better at rugby. As great as my intentions were, the heavy squats, deadlifts, and bench press was not making me more athletic. After I tore my MCL, I switched to basketball and decided to dive head first into athletic development and the athletic mindset. I quickly learned that most athletes are doing more damage than good, training like a bodybuilder with expectations to be athletic, running 5km and thinking it'll help with conditioning.Since 2015, my job is to develop athletic abilities in my clients, teach them how to take care of their mind and bodies, and how to perform at their greatest when the time comes.P: 0487317431 E: email@example.com
About Me:My interest in becoming a Personal Trainer began a couple of years ago when I began to take my fitness journey seriously. I enlisted a coach to teach me how to train safely and effectively with a structured, progressive program tailored to my goals. At the time was working as a Registered Nurse in a general practice. As a nurse, I did a lot patient education: however, I felt like patients wanted to eat better and to do regular exercise but didn't want to get started. As a Personal Trainer, I can help you to do these things. Preventative health is crucial; I see so many people with illnesses that could have been avoided by adopting a healthier lifestyle. My nursing degree, knowledge and experience have definitely helped me in my career as a Personal Trainer. It has helped me to build better rapport and trust with clients and better understand clients' conditions/ limitations and how to work with them. About Me:Hi I'm Steve, the founder of MAJOR FIT. I've been making life easier for my clients since 2010. Saving them a lot of TIME and ENERGY to avoid silly mistakes that most of us go through initially when taking up exercise. I remember when I first stepped into a gym, I saw the biggest guy I'd ever seen doing these monstrous squats, and instantly thought 'that's the answer' - I need to do stupid heavy squats to grow these chicken legs. Little did I know how wrong I was. If this is YOU or you're wanting to build that 'V-taper', or have the 'chiseled abs', or even a 'peach' yes ladies a fruit that resembles your booty. This is what I can do for you. Whether your goal is one or the other, I have the ability to educate you with the information you need to know, and help you create the habits necessary to make this possible. I call myself an educator not a motivator. There's a BIG difference when you know WHY you're doing WHAT you're doing, rather than just doing what you're told.. Work smarter not harder. If you've been busting your guts out down the gym and not seeing the result you deserve, I'm your guy.
