It's inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts. It's the fitness instructor's job to not only show proper form, but to also make sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way. The instructor will coach you through each segment of the workout. The cool-down will help you safely lower your heart rate and stretch all the major muscles worked during class.
META PWR: Metabolic resistance workout, combining body weight and weightet compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn.
CIRCUIT: Endurance training / resistance training using high intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
W.O.D (workout of the day): The workout always changes . It is always full body and is crafted to suit all fitness levels. It encourages the use of barbells and dumbbells. Not for the faint hearted.
BOOTCAMP: Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. Every muscle is worked through combinations of cardio HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength HIIT.
HARTHA-VINYASA YOGA: Mix of held yoga poses (hartha) with a flow of poses (vinyasa). Sine it's a gym class, we aim to stretch, but also break out a sweat.
Please come 10 minutes early if you have injuries to have a chat with your yoga istructor. * this class is not suitable for pregnant women who have never done yoga before.
RIPPED (resistance. intervals. power. plyometrics. endurane. diet): full body workout, guarenteed to increase fitness levels.
SPIN: Cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control the intensity and burn up to 675 calories a session.
BOOTY N AB BLAST: Movements that engage your core, glutes and legs all at the same time.
META FIT: Bodyweight training system and HIIT combination workout. Works on the premise that in order to burn fat, you must reise your restingmetabolic rate.
CLUBBERCISE: Instructed in a dark room with disco lights. An infusion of dance, toning and combo moves.
FIGHT FIT: High intensity cardio and strength based class full of boxing combos. Working on boxing technique while improving cardio.
FAT BURN EXTREME: 30 minute maximal intensityworkout with no rest periods... resting only for reovery.
