Looking at how my clients move and function daily through vigorous exercise routines allows me to identify and correct basic movement patterns. Thus improving their overall functionality and helping them create a pain-free lifestyle and training routine.

My background is competitive gymnastics, dancing and cheerleading which lead to success with competing in fitness modelling competitions including placing 2nd at Universe in Singapore. I’ve been a PT for 9 years. I love helping people find their motivation to work towards their fitness goals whilst educating them on how to train and live a healthier lifestyle. I’m here to help you refocus on yourself and hype you up whilst celebrating every small achievement along the way!

II am passionate about all things strength. I trained and competed for almost a decade in Powerlifting, winning nationals twice in my weight class and once as national champion and achieving over forty national records. Since stepping away from Powerlifting, a sport that I am still very much passionate about, my attention turned towards Strongman and Crossfit. Most recently I have won the Australian Masters Crossfit National Championship (2022 season) qualifying me for World Championships In Fort Wayne Indiana where I placed 17th in the world. Outside of the gym I have served in the Australian Army, discharging in 2019 from the Sydney University Regiment. My time within the "green machine" taught me a lot about what I demand from myself as a father, husband and coach but also about what people are capable of achieving if they put their mind to the test.

What to expect from my classes: RPM is a group indoor cycling workout, you control the intensity while I encourage you to push yourselves to reach your ultimate goal. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories! With great music we take on hills, power climbs, sprints and flat riding. RPM is fantastic for toning, building strength, increasing fitness and overall health. We do it together…. It’s a journey, not a race! See you on the bike :-)

Have always been very involved in group fitness from late 1980’s to present. Starting back in the Jazzercise days (yes, I’m over 55 now). My interest in becoming a group fitness instructor was while working in Health Promotion. It brings people together from all walks of life. In the group fitness room we can leave our worries at the door and allow the tension to be released via exercise. Let the endorphins kick in. Allow the body to be pushed physically and mentally & to become stronger physically & mentally. It’s a place where you can make great friendships, it’s a place where you can feel welcomed and safe even if you are new to exercise. Group fitness gives you options from beginners to experienced. As a group fitness instructor looking out at the participants – is so inspiring to see everyone moving together in sync and getting stronger from week to week an seeing the physical changes. It’s humbling when you inspire someone enough that they too want to become a group fitness instructor or when you can see qualities in a person who would make a great instructor. I always have done both participated and instructed. I think it’s important.
