.Shelly Southwick has been Personal Training and teaching Group X Fitness classes since 1997. She is currently certified through A.C.E (American Council on Exercise), NETA (National Exercise Training Association), SCW YogaFit level 1, Cycle Reebok and Bosu Integrated Training.
Tanisha Larsen grew up as a competitive gymnast and began working with athletes at the age of 15. She took a break from fitness to pursue work in wine business while going through the wine program at Sonoma State University. Her love for feeling good, being healthy, and helping others to reach their health and fitness goals brought her back to the industry as a NASM certified personal trainer. When she’s not at World Gym you can find Tanisha coaching gymnasts at the Windsor Gymnastics Center.
