WGA Consist of 5 different mobilities as follows:

1.) Foundations: Learning how to move safe and efficiently

2.) Performance: A complete training session

3.) HIIT CAMP: High Intensity Training camp

4.) PACE: Treadmill Work

5.) One Barell:Barell and ody weight workout
