Many different classes and lots of instructors available. Very busy during peak times and weights area becomes à little crowded. Lots of treadmills elliptical machines as well. One négative is the pool area has limited hours and is not available always. You will not find another gym on the West Island as fantastic as World Gym DDO. It is extremely clean, well managed, super friendly and welcoming every time you walk inside. I feel part of an amazing family now, this gym saved me. The Manager Elie has truly built a family unit with his staff and this reflects on the gym. He is so kind and accommodating to everyone. The trainers are top notch all of them so helpful and encouraging. Coach Vince is excellent and motivates you above and beyond. Puts his whole heart into making everyone become their greater self both physically and mentally. Shant and Judy make the best meals and protein shakes and are always so personable and know everyone by their names. It is such a super environment to better yourself. I could go on and on with high regards for this gym. Join it and become part of their family. If I could give 10 stars I would sincerely, don’t bother at any other gym. They have a wide variety of exercise machines and equipment and their workout classes (available with the VIP membership) are super diverse! They even have games on the cardio machines!!Cons: The gym is often very busy so that could be frustrating to those that prefer working out with less people around. And to bring a guest, it’s a very long and complicated process and you have to fill out an entire form every single time… it would be much nicer if we didn’t have to make the process so complicated!Overall, a clean gym with equipment for any and all sorts of activities. More spacious than some of the other popular gyms.+ Obviously the "mini gym" service is a true blessing!!! I do hope they can have more daytime hours open soon though. Because as of date they only have one day in the mornings. The rest are in the afternoons after 4pm.- The lack of privacy is a concern for me though. The locker room cameras are NOT necessary. I understand the camera's posted outside of the locker room to see who enters the locker rooms... But INSIDE the locker rooms where people get changed are not necessary.
