Ricky is the founder and CEO of The LEAD Fitness Project. He is a tradie turned Fitness Professional who spent over 10 years providing a service to the construction industry. Ricky is now a coach that is dedicated to changing the lives of individuals who believe they are made for more but lack the confidence and the skills to elevate their own existence. He is also currently undergoing his Nutrition degree at the University of Sunshine Coast.
Ricky initially began his health and fitness journey in CrossFit, where he competed regularly all over Queensland. He then turned his energy to Olympic weightlifting and strength training. Ricky suffered a hip injury that left him searching for a new passion. He then committed to an Olympic triathlon and turned his focus to endurance training. Ricky has returned from his setback and now his energy is spent as a Personal Development Coach who helps individuals get strong and lean up!

Michael's fitness experience stems
from his infantry career in the army
beginning in 2009. Discipline and
Strength and conditioning has been
the backbone of Michaels life which
has led him to deployments to both
East Timor and Afghanistan and
finishing proudly with his career goal
in the 8/9 RAR Sniper cell.

Upon discharging from the Army, he
took on private security work in
Afghanistan for another 4 years
