BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, strong and fit, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout, burning up to *540 calories, shapes and tones your entire body, increases core strength and improves bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own! This program is based on THE REP EFFECT, a proven formula to develop lean, athletic muscle. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.  It’s fun, low impact and you can burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!


LES MILLS GRIT SERIES is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

GRIT SERIES is available LIVE and VIRTUAL at World Gym Cairns. Grit Strength, Grit Cardio, Grit Athletic and Grit Plyo (Plyo available for phase out period as Athletic now replaces this format from April 2019) This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT SERIES takes cutting edge scientifically proven HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. BODYATTACK is a high energy sports inspired fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Our instructors offer low and high impact options throughout the class to ensure success. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. We will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout, challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to *675 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement. 


YOGA combines breathing exercises and flowing postures, which are used to build flexibility and strength. This class provides a calming effect which aids in relaxation and stress reduction. Our YOGA Instructors will always provide options and everyone is welcome.

YOGA-Vinyasa Flow Yoga will allow you to tune into your inner zen, whilst giving your body exactly what it needs in terms of strength, flexibility, stability and mobility all in one class. Moving with the breath, this class is a perfect fusion of dynamic stretching and restorative poses, finishing with a relaxing meditation so you leave feeling like you're walking on the clouds yet also reenergised. Suitable for all ages and levels.

YOGA-Purna Yoga is a complete practice that nurtures all aspects of the being-physical, mental and spiritual embracing all facets of life as areas of potential growth. Meri delivers this philosophy into her own unique joyful Yoga class guiding you in a fun open motivating environment to build flexibility, strength and stamina of body, mind and spirit.


Our signature daily training session is the most complete training you've ever done. Each week is carefully programmed to ensure you get a well balanced training program. You'll train with the group while you are individually coached. Our comprehensive training matrix ensures that you get all-over strong and lean. Be ready to lift a barbell, jump on a box, do some pull-ups, push yourself farther than you thought you could and have a lot of fun doing it. We coach skill and technique before adding intensity and weight. We train hard with science-based programming that helps you progress. Athletes of all ability will succeed.



HIIT CAMP is more than just Boot Camp. This is high intensity interval training camp! You'll use body weight, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, dumbbells and more. We blast all of your mucle groups. You will burn mega calories and get head-to-toe strong and lean. HIIT CAMP is fast-paced, fun and challenging.

BODYBALANCE VIRTUAL is ideal for anyone and everyone, it is the Yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple Yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all of the exercises and Les Mills Presenters will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy!


BARRE VIRTUAL is a modern version of classic balletic training, BARRE is a 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, building core strength and allowing you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions with modern music. BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high rep motion movements using body weight, light weight plates and resistance bands, which will ultimately strengthen shape and tone your entire body. If you're looking for something different in your exercise schedule you will love BARRE. Without the traditional barre to support you the muscles supporting your body's stability and strength become the focus in this beautiful program, don't underestimate the burn in this 30 minute class. Comfortable clothing and socks recommended as you will be removing your normal trainers in the studio. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout Les Mills Trainers guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises. CXWORX VIRTUAL is delivered on the biggest high definition screen in Cairns!!
