I been working in the Fitness Industry since 1985 and have worked around Australia specializing in freestyle, Group Fitness and Personal Training. It’s important as a Personal Trainer to help clients realize their full strength capabilities and giving them the confidence to take on more. I believe Functional Movement is essential for every person regardless of Size, Age or Fitness History. Fitness should enrich your life, It is important to enjoy your Training. As long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for training and nutrition. My own, personal fitness journey has been focused around competitive body building. Through my journey I have gathered a world of knowledge around training, nutrition and mindset. I pride myself on taking an evidence based and client centered approach to training and nutrition. This approach has allowed me to help hundreds of clients achieve life changing results. I am passionate about helping others become the best and strongest versions of themselves, physically and mentally.

After growing up competing Nationally in Swimming & Triathlon, I worked in the Fitness industry professionally since 2013. With Personal training, I have worked with differing fitness abilities & ages, individually assisting them on reaching their own Exercise & fitness-based goals, considering a Holistic approach that encompasses all aspects of my client’s day to day life. My passion is helping & guiding members building their confidence within the gym in any way. I am particularly passionate about introducing safe strength training with correct technique to young Teens. My personal journey with Breast Cancer has enabled me to understand & support those who have gone through similar related surgery in developing healthy exercise regimes
