As long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for training and nutrition. My own, personal fitness journey has been focused around competitive body building. Through my journey I have gathered a world of knowledge around training, nutrition and mindset. I pride myself on taking an evidence based and client centered approach to training and nutrition. This approach has allowed me to help hundreds of clients achieve life changing results. I am passionate about helping others become the best and strongest versions of themselves, physically and mentally.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I embrace challenge!
I have competed in 6 bodybuilding competitions and have put my mind and body to extreme lengths when I was casted on to The Australian Survivor.
During my schooling I completed my Cert 2 in Sport & Coaching, this then led me to Bunbury South West Institute of Technology to complete my Cert 3 !
After having a few years working and traveling, the fitness industry was calling me!
In 2017 I began my bodybuilding journey which also led me to finish my Cert 4 in Fitness. My love for personal training has been burning ever since !
I value making your body strong and your mind even stronger! , I can guarantee to use my knowledge for training, nutrition and my passion for fitness to support you in reaching your goals.

After growing up competing Nationally in Swimming & Triathlon, I worked in the Fitness industry professionally since 2013. With Personal training, I have worked with differing fitness abilities & ages, individually assisting them on reaching their own Exercise & fitness-based goals, considering a Holistic approach that encompasses all aspects of my client’s day to day life. My passion is helping & guiding members building their confidence within the gym in any way. I am particularly passionate about introducing safe strength training with correct technique to young Teens. My personal journey with Breast Cancer has enabled me to understand & support those who have gone through similar related surgery in developing healthy exercise regimes
