ABOUT ME
Manda's goal as your coach is to educate you to lift correctly. Her aim is to work with her team to create a stronger physique with good mobility. Manda's goal is to get you stronger and leaner and eating a wide variety of good nutritional foods, not on low calories. Preferably on higher calories.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Body Building 2003-2014 INBA/ANB/NABBA (A number of 2nd & 3rd places)
-2010 - Kokoda challenge 96 km in 32.14 hours most challenging thing ever encountered.
-2011 - Kokoda challenge 96 km in 26.12 hours amazing challenge

AUSTRALIAN RECORD HOLDER & STILL CURRENT: Under 75kg age 45-49 age female 165kg SQUAT, 172.5 kg DEADLIFT & 420kg TOTAL AMOUNT LIFTED!
