During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Pilates classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to intermediate or advanced. You will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props such as flex bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights and balls can also be incorporated into the workout.
WRX is based on developing foundational strength and strength conditioning. We focus on incorporating a lot of variety in our strength and conditioning component to prevent people from adapting and continuing to progress with their strength and conditioning. We tailor the programs to suit all levels of fitness from beginners to experienced members.
A general lay out of how our class is conducted: we begin with a fun, dynamic warm up, moving into our strength component of the day and finishing with our strength/conditioning circuit. We have lots of fun in our class with heaps of variety to keep you entertained and challenged.
Yoga combines breathing exercises and flowing postures, which are used to build flexibility and strength. This class provides a calming effect which aids in relaxation and stress reduction.
The Bootcamp is based on circuit training which has a variety of exercises from beginner to experienced. We keep the rest breaks short enough to grab a drink and to not be completely gassed out!
We focus on performing our exercises with quality and keeping the heart rate high. This is a great way to develop strength and loose weight. We have a great energy in our classes which helps keep everyone motivated and encouraged. We try and get as many people to come try our Bootcamps as it is suited for everyone.
A general layout of how our Bootcamp is run is 8-10 stations set up with a duration of thirty seconds on and thirty seconds off, completing three rounds. We always incorporate some fun activities!
