Fighting fires and saving lives is my first passion, but exercise and nutrition is a very close second. After starting as a firefighter/paramedic, I realized my two passions go hand –in- hand. Ever since high school, I have been involved with many sports, my favorite being cross country. I passionately believe in the good character and values imbued by cross country and other sports: motivation, helping one another, and camaraderie. This concept is heavily applied at the fire house, so I decided to make helping others my role in life. I find that one of the most rewarding ways of helping people is to assist them achieve their fitness goals. I received my personal training certification through NASM, (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and I am always looking to increase my knowledge and stay current with fitness trends. At the end of the day, you will have pushed yourself out of your comfort zone and took control of your workout, and my role as your trainer will help you to reach the RESULTS you want.
