Your membership includes 2 personal training sessions, free classes, free Kids Club. Our Kids Club consists of 2 rooms; one room with two Playstation2 and an X-Box for kids 8+; one room for smaller children with TV & videos, arts & crafts, and toys for younger children.

We offer CardioTheater Broadcast Network - just bring in your headset and plug in to enjoy TV programs or your favorite CD on the cardiodeck.
