Danielle lived the first half of her life not eating well, out of shape and overweight. She joined Word Gym and soon turned into a gym enthusiast, trying all areas of the club including all kinds of group fitness classes. She lost weight and was full of energy.
Danielle eventually hit a fitness plateau, no longer seeing the results that she was striving for. She was no longer overweight, but wanted to see more muscle definition. She was doing so much cardiovascular exercise so why wasn’t she seeing the results? Danielle decided to hire a personal trainer to help achieve her goals.
THE SMARTEST THING SHE EVER DID!
Danielle started seeing her body change and transform right in front of her own eyes. She thrived on the motivation and loved being pushed to her limits! She also learned the correct way to use the weight room so she could train on her own time when necessary. Danielle became pregnant again, and promised herself to return to exercising as soon as she could. Four weeks post pregnancy Danielle was back doing cardio, and within two months she was back strength training.
Throughout her years in the gym, Danielle developed a passion for exercise and fitness which led her to become a certified personal trainer. She loves motivating people to work hard, eat well and stay committed. Danielle is proof of how will power, consistency and commitment all pay off.
