It may help to know that she became seriously involved with fitness and sport at the age of 12, when she started competing nationally and internationally on an Equestrian Vaulting Team. With a sport involving gymnastics, acrobatics, and dance (all on a cantering horse), cross-training was essential to exceed at the high level.
Cross-training- including yoga, weight training, pilates, and judo not only made her a better vaulter (top 10 in the U.S.A.), but makes her a dynamic and adaptive personal trainer as well.
With a 4 year background in coaching adults and children, she excels in paying attention to fine detail, safety, and getting you motivated!
Her training priority is to get you to your physical peak- designing your workout to fit your body, personality, and goals, so you can walk out the gym feeling like a new you!
